Fairly.
Let's agree to agree.
Fairly mediates everyday disagreements. Simple, private, effective.
How it works
-
Tell your side
Describe the disagreement privately, in your own words. The mediator listens, asks short questions, and restates the matter blame-free — you approve that framing before the other person sees anything at all.
-
The mediator shuttles
It speaks with each of you separately, carrying only what helps — never your raw words. One small step at a time, checking with you before anything moves.
-
You both agree
A proposal only proceeds when you each accept it. The agreement is emailed to both of you for your records — and everything else is permanently deleted.
Built on shuttle mediation — the separate-rooms technique professional mediators have trusted for decades. Why shuttle mediation works →
Private by design
The mediator is the only voice. The other person never sees a word you type — they read only the mediator's neutral, blame-free writing, and only what you approve. That buffer is why Fairly works even in high-conflict situations, when talking directly has stopped working.
A room that forgets. When a mediation ends — resolved, declined, or simply stepped away from — every private working word is permanently deleted, for both sides. Honest words need a room that forgets them.
Nothing lingers. Active mediations are stored encrypted, the app carries no trackers, and if you reach an agreement, the agreement is the one thing that is kept.
Who's it for
Co-parents. Custody schedules, holidays, expenses, screen-time rules — when co-parenting texts turn into arguments, the mediator keeps it about the kids.
Exes and former partners. Splitting what's shared, returning what isn't, settling the last loose ends — without reopening everything else.
Roommates and neighbors. Deposits, chores, noise, shared spaces — settle it without souring the place you both live.
Family and friends. Money lent, holidays hosted, care for aging parents — the disagreements that are hardest because you want to keep the relationship.
Landlords and tenants. Security deposits, repairs that linger, lease-end walkthroughs — settled without certified letters or small-claims court.
Coworkers and bosses. Who does what, credit for the work, promises that shifted — worked out before it has to land on anyone's desk.
If it's a disagreement between two people, Fairly can help you find alignment.
